Hi,

I'm sure I'm being stupid, but I'm looking to do an array 7-point likert scale but the only options I can see are 10 or 5.

Really appreciate any help

Go for the "normal" array question type. There you can define the scale to your liking. The 10 point and the 5 point scale are basically just a predefined subtype of the array question type.

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I really am completely new to this and have not been taught any of it, just been told I *have* to use this software for my dissertation, so please forgive my incompetence.

I have requested array and on the answer section I get this
