I have a small issue with templating.

The preview of the printing page, on survey end, this, as is on the news_paper template:


but on a real end result comes out like this:



The button, is extra but is ok!

The problem is that in both page and pdf export, the id for the answer is not present as it should as the template shows.
The id only appears if I export/print out from inside the platform, in any format available.

I need the ID in the final print/final pdf, when a person takes the survey, so the person knows his/hers id from saved/printed document.

It's the id that will be used to identify the person if or when they contact the survey admin.

I copied the template, to be able to see if i could find the correct {id}, but it seems there is no identification on the copied template.
And i cant get to the template for the original as it only shows the preview HTML.

Any ideas on this matter?

PS: the survey is just for testing so no problem with showing results.
