We are experiencing a frustrating issue that's causing a lot of problems for us at the moment where some detailed admin email notifications are not being sent. It only seems to be happening recently. This is happening on a few surveys, but I cannot see any particular cause or anything unusual.
Could anyone please advise where the problem could lie and anything I can do, test or check to find out?
So far, when used the detailed admin notification I have never experienced such a thing. But last time was quite a while ago, so not sure if newer version might cause problems. BUT, whenever something works sometimes, and then a few times not, my experience shows that the problem usually lies elsewhere (e.g. on how the emails are sent).
But, for anyone to help you will need to provide a few more details.
- What is your LS version that you are experiencing the problem with?
- How do you send emails? PHP? SMTP (which server is used?)
- How do you know that the emails haven't been sent? Who are they sent to?
- What is differrent in the surveys? I know you said you can't see anything unusal, but what about length? Any custom coding?
- Etc.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
