OK, with 150.000 emails to send, you have different problems than the email batch size.
Sending that amount of emails will most probably bring your server on the black lists as a spammer. With this amount of emails, you will probably not being able to avoid that some will mark your mail as spam, you will run into honey pots, you will have wrong/old email addresses. You should really have a good strategy in terms of mailing (configuration of email server, cleaning and preparing the addresses, making sure to avoid anything that could be associated with spam, etc.).
Additionally it depends very much on where you host Limesurvey. Most hosters will have an hourly limit and they are usually quite low.
What method will you use for sending the emails? I recommend a very well configured SMTP server from a company that knows what they are doing and that allow sending mass emails.
If this is all taken care of, then you can increase the email batch size by going to "Global Settings" --> "Email settings" --> "Email batch size". However, I would strongly recommend not going too much over that and I would also recommend to refrain from sending 150.000 emails from your server if you are not very experienced in the pitfalls of sending mass emails.
Because if you are on a normal host, I would guess that it takes about 5-10 minutes of sending emails until your account is frozen.
