I find that If I have a "Numerical Input" type questions with "Thousands Separator" and "Integer Only" enabled that I get a "One or more questions have not been answered in a valid manner...." error popup when testing the whole survey when using numbers over 4 digits or longer after hitting the submit button. I have tried it on 2 different servers with the same result. Is this the same behavior everyone else experiences? Attached is a one question server with the settings I mentioned.

Know issue : your survey use "," (comma) as separator ?
If yes : deactivate Thousands Separator actually.
