When I open the printable view of a survey, I get two contradictory tips on a multiple choice question: Please select at most one answer and please choose all that apply. This happens even though I have the max answers is set to 1. The "choose all that apply" option does not appear in the online survey. Although the survey will be completed online, I send the printed version out to my reviewers.
The "check all .." is the default tip, fixed. You are right, this was a little bug. You can report.
Why you don't choose a single choice question here ?
