I use a ranking question in my survey, where I offer a list of items and respondents can select some of them by moving them to the "right side", and then the next question has an "Array Filter" to pick up only those items that have been selected.
Most of the time it works fine.
With some respondents, they report a problem that when the click on "Next" after the ranking question, the survey blanks out and they cannot proceed. My first response was to ask them to copy the survey link, paste it into Chrome/ Firefox browser window ... and that seemed to help. But with some respondents, that doesn't work either.
