Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where do I find a good LimeSurvey programmer to create a quiz on my website? I have it in a Word document and need it online.

Go to the main navigation of the site, click on "Professional partners", choose the category you need (in your case I would say "Survey creation") and choose one of the partners listed there:

There might be, but not on this list. So it is difficult to identify them. What is the problem with Europe or South America?
