I have designed a survey for our society than included more than 2000 members.
The survey is activated and all tokens have been sent. The survey is ending tomorrow.
While everything goes well, one of the members have asked me to send him a valid token. According to the system, he has not voted, so I have sent him a reminder email with the link to vote. But, he sent me a screenshot that shows he couldnot vote because it says the token is not valid. I could not understand the problem because when I click on the same link, I could enter the voting system. I will be so glad if you could help me to clarify this problem as soon as possible,
