I must be missing something in the manual :blush:

How do you add simple survey participants ? I can only see "manage survey administrators" button, which creates admin users, but how can I create participants, those that simply fill in the surveys and have no other access ?

It depends on your approach.

If the questionnaire is supposed to be closed (only specific people can take part) you will probably want to use tokens.

Otherwise you leave the access open and distribute the link in any way you want.

Respondents are not supposed to be registered in the admin, only via token.

follow up question - I have created a token and tried to send the email invitation to myself and got this:

There were no eligible emails to send. This will be because none satisfied the criteria of:

having a valid email address
not having been sent an invitation already
not having already completed the survey
having a token


Email is definitely valid, not sure where the problem is, again, manual not too clear

oh never mind, it said it would generate token automatically but it didnt. So i manually entered it and it worked.
