I am planning to get user details as input while starting the survey. while registering name, department, location is having text fields while choosing the gender about the user I cann't able to add the radio button in the subquestion group. is there any way to add the radio button in array or is I have to modify the source code

When creating a simple array question you only need to define the sub-question and answer texts. Limesurvey will add those buttons automatically.

Can you guide me to send the screen shot for you which I am working on.

Same as Denis: don't use the report system to get attention to your question. This is really bad forum style. The community is pretty good in helping people out. If you didn't get the correct response for your problem, it is probably because it is not very clear what your problem is, because you don't need to "add radio buttons", you just need to add subquestions, the radio buttons are added by the system.

Help us to understand your problem, and we try to help you. Post a screenshot, post a clear description of your problem, etc.

I can't able to see the option for uploading a screen shot.

I want to create a question with following description
Name : _____________________________
Location:

---

Department:

---

Gender:

---

This is the initial input screen then if user clicks the submit button
It should goto the survey questions.

In there I have created the questions with sub questions and Answers etc.,

In here I am strugling with getting the GENDER values (Male/Female) Option in Radio Button

Please help me to complete this
