Hello dear community,
I ve created a survey for a huge medical audit everything works well so far but i ve a problem. i ve enabled the token setting but i need the participants to submit multiple responses with same token and computer. For now the users cant sumbit new datas. the survey shows them the previous answers. how can i fix this? i looked up the manuel but couldnt be able to make things right. need urgent help. thank you!
1st option : set "token persistance" to NO and "Allow update or ..." to Yes
2nd option : Use Useleft at 1.000.000 (or more)
You can add ?newtest=Y to the url if needed.
