I've set up a survey that uses a 30 second countdown / time limit on several questions. Everything is working but I want a test user to experiment and run through the survey multiple times just to try different possible pathways and identify possible problems.
On the first test, everything works as expected but when the test user goes through the survey the second time the countdowns immediately jump to 0 seconds, so the 30 second countdown is somehow skipped immediately.
Is there anything I can do to avoid this skipping of the countdown?
Clear your cache and cookies before restarting the survey. Also make sure the survey URL contains "/newtest/Y" when testing - this will initiate a new session.
