I would like to design a predefined answerlist four two questions. If you click on Q1-A3 "three times a week" than in Q2 the answerlist should be limited to A1,A2,A3,A6.
And the same if you click on Q1-A4 "four times a week" than in Q2 the answerlist should be limited to A1,A2,A3,A4,A6.
There is the first question:
Q1 How often are you going to diner.
A1 once a week
A2 two times a week
A3 three times a week [X]
A4 four times a week
A5 everyday
A6 never
There second the first question:
Q2 How often are you eating fastfood.
A1 once a week
A2 two times a week
A3 three times a week
[From here should not be shown anymore]
A4 four times a week
A5 everyday
A6 never
There might be a solution with Javascript, but if you are not good in coding, the easieast solution will probably be create various questions for the second type and hide/show them, depending on the answers in the first question.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
A simple way is to use multiple-choice questions (MCQ) + the "array filter exclusion" feature
Give it a try:
1) Set your Q1 using a MCQ
2) Set your Q2 using a MCQ, with the same answer codes used for Q1 (A1, A2, etc.)
Expand advanced settigs and set: Minimum answers: 1
Maximum answers: 1
Array filter exclusion: Q1
