We have a rather long survey with tokens. When the users receive the email invitation to complete the survey they follow the link and begin to write in the textboxes. Some users spend a lot of time (maybe +2h) to complete all the textboxes but in some cases when the users press "SEND" the limesurvey redirects them to the front page with no error message and no answer is saved. Note that the application do not warn the users that their session is expired either. It just redirects them to the initial page and no answer is saved and not all the users suffer this problem. Sometimes it happens sometimes it works fine.

I looks like an expired session issue but this parameter is set to 8 hours in

Global options > general tab > session lifetime = 28800

Any ideas on what could be the problem of this? Maybe the browser? Maybe the server?
