I have an issue with a questionnaire I'm trying to setup. I searched for a similar question in the forums but did not find any. My apologies if it's been asked before. I am also pretty new to LimeSurvey and only used the very basic features so far.
So my questionnaire has about 10 groups of questions with and without mandatory questions. I would like to allow users to use the navigation pane (so they can fill in questions in any order) but also to prevent them to submit the questionnaire if all mandatory questions have not been filled in.
At the moment the survey behaves differently: users can pass groups with mandatory questions using the navigation pane (which is fine) but they can also submit the questionnaire when they reach the last page, regardless of whether they filled in all mandatory questions or not.
Is there some sort of workaround that people use to avoid this? Maybe by validating that all mandatory questions have been filled in? or is there something more generic to do this?
LimeSurvey version AND build number. I think this bug is fixed in last build.
