our ComfortUpdate was working for several years, the current licence is valid until March 26. Since early November the function stopped working, instead we get:

It seems that the ComfortUpdate server is not responding. Please try again in few minutes or contact the LimeSurvey team.
The server comfortupdate.limesurvey.org responds to curl from our limesurvey box, so we can rule out connectivity issues. As there are no other reports here in the forum, it looks like some individual issue though. Any ideas?
Sometimes the comfortupdate server has some hickups, but that is usually just temporary. If this is persistent, I would open a support ticket, because this forum is mainly run by users for users. And as the comfort update is developed and taken care of by the Limesurvey GmbH, we have little to no insight into this.
But as a paying customer of Comfort Update you can open a support ticket with Limesurvey GmbH.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
