Trying to pay - failure

Hi Folks. I’ve tried twice to pay for a years comfort update - but when I get to the final verification of your service providers site to pay - it fails with an error stating it’s unable to process. 

The card for payment is fine and my bank is not blocking (verified with Visa). 

I need to pay today for this yearly fee. 

I’ve sent emails to LS - but no response. 

Can somebody assist - or at the very least provide me a way of obtaining an updated comfort key until the payment process is resolved?

To be honest, your best chance is to open a support ticket (go to the website and click on support and do not let you redirect to the forum, I know they try that. ;-) ).

Here in the forum, we are mostly users that help users, so we have no way to help you. And the chance that someone from the Limesurvey GmbH will see this here is relatively low, I think.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Hi Holch. Thanks for this.. i actually did go to the support page and submitted a request.. had a quick response from Ahmed.. all good now. Paid via PayPal. Guess "verified by Visa" is not so "verified" :)
