I accidentally exceeded my answers from the free trial 1 month ago. Today I should be able to have 6 more free answers, but I still can't access my survey at all. I can't see results, nor the survey and I also can't enter my key (which I received)
Could somebody please help me?
This has nothing to do with the "Comfort Update" feature.
You should get in touch with the Limesurvey GmbH support directly, as most of us here are volunteers (users helping users). We have no insights into the SaaS business of Limesurvey GmbH and only they will be able to answer your questions.
However, usually each month you get the full n=25 monthly free answers again, so I am not sure where the 6 free answers come from and what kind of key you are talking about.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
