Comfort update shows an "unstable" update to 3.27.11 (210809) was created by holch

In comfort update for my LS 3.x installation I currently get offered two options:

So the update for 3.x is labeled unstable, while the update to 5.x is labeled stable. Bug or intentional? If intentional: why?
