No trial key available in new account

Hi,

Did Limesurvey stop offering trial keys? This page community.limesurvey.org/comfort-update-extension/ still lists the trial option, and a tooltip saying "After signing up you will automatically have access to the ComfortUpdate trial and receive 6 valid update keys which you can use."

All I see in my account is a "Buy a new key" green button. Never requested a trial key prior.

It's a forum for LimeSurvey tool usage, not for client relation with LimeSurvey GMBH.

You do not have to ask for the trial key, it usually should be there already. But if you have created your account more than a month ago, then the trial month is over.

But like Denis: Only the Limesurvey GmbH will be able to give you a definite answer. Thus get in touch with them. This forum is mainly run by volunteers for the Community Edition and we have no deeper insights into the offerings of the Limesurvey GmbH (Comfort Update, SaaS).

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
