Hi!
Need someone from the team. Couldn't open a ticket.
My confort update key way has been renewed for one year automatically. (€99). In fact, it was for a client I worked for. But it's over. This customer bought his own key (I will give you the 2 keys). Today, I am in a complicated financial situation and I can not afford to spend 99 € unnecessarily. Can you open a ticket and refund the money? Thank you from an old and loyal user of limesurvey.

Why? Via Supportlink right at the top or your profile you can open a ticket.
If not, what is the issue when trying?

Other option: support@limesurvey.org

Discussing the issue in a public forum might be not that best option for both parties.
