My first page asks for Title, Name, DOB, Email Address but no matter what is entered I am getting the popup

"One or more questions have not been answered in a valid manner. You cannot proceed until these answers are valid."

After a recent update it would appear that the DOB is no longer in the "appropriate format".


I am using the drop down option, but no matter what I do it will not accept the date entered.


If I change it to the non dropdown option then the calendar does not “pop up”.
