Yes, for problems with Comfort-Update the quickest would be to open a ticket via the support. But it should also be in the Comfort Update parte of the forum. I'll move it there.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
