Error while upgrading with ComfortUpdate

Error while upgrading with ComfortUpdate was created by jantienm
Hello,

I'm trying to update from version 2.06 to 2.50 with ComfortUpdate. All is going well untill step: File system. It gives an error saying:

Could not retrieve update info data
ComfortUpdate could not find the update info data.

I cannot find this error in the manual, what is going wrong here?

If you are a client of Comfort Update you can open a support ticket directly with the Limesurvey GmbH, who is the provider of this feature (See "Support" in the top navigation).
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
