If you are a client of Comfort Update you can open a support ticket directly with the Limesurvey GmbH, who is the provider of this feature (See "Support" in the top navigation).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
