Can limesurvey do the group survey?. What i mean is i have 3 group/level pariticipant to take survey. In each group have 2 level of survey and each level have 4 survey.

If can, how to do it?

OK, so you need to split your sample into two groups. How are these groups assigned?

What does Level 1 and Level 2 stand for? How are respondents assigned to the levels?

The surveys 1-3 are the same for all or are there actually 12 different surveys?

In order for us to help, we need to understand your setup. Currently I still can't tell, what you are trying to do exactly.

So far Level 1 & 2 for intake year or program name (student). Respondents will select manually (still in learning process to make it automatically assigned )

Some are same and some are different survey

It seems to me this simply requires fairly straightforward use of conditions or relevance. Possibly setting some random numbers with Expression manager.
