Hi All Limesurveyors.

I've successfully installed limesurvey on my localhost and now i try to make a new survey like the picture below.
(*Only the "TRAINER EFFECTIVENESS" part)


Is there any formula to make a survey like that?
Can we create a table for question on the survey?


Any advice would be greatly appreciated

There is no way to make a single question like that. You will need to use several array questions.

You could use CSS to align them all side-by-side but that wouldn't work very well on smaller screens.

I would actually separate this into 4 questions (which is what they are actually are).

Question 1: Names of the trainers (which will be piped into the next 3 questions)
Question 2: Pace
Question 3: Effective
Question 4: Ability
