I have two questions:

1) Is it possible to enable/disable questions dependent on the language the user selected or (better) the language that has been assigner to a token by an administrator?

2) Can different question's options be enabled/disabled in the same way as described in 1)?

If you add the Language as a custom attribute in the token table, you can reference it and you should be able to create conditions or relevance equations / expressions based on it and you can hide questions checking for this custom attribute.

* Must it be a custom-attribute or can the language-attribute of the tokens be used, too?

* Single options can not be influenced, can they?

Probably you can also access the normal language attribute. Give it a try.

When you say "single options", are you referring to answer options / items?

Probably you can hide them via Javascript or something.

Question settings cannot be changed via conditions. You will need to create new questions with the appropriate questions.
