Have a look at the expression manager page in the manual. There are some pretty good real life examples on what you can do with Expression Manager:

So you could set up a text display question and include the answers from different questions, creating a little report. Usually you access the answers from the questions via the question code.
Let's assume that you using a question with the question code Q1, then you would use {Q1} to display the result and {Q1.question} the question to this answer. This depends a little bit on the question type, as some question types require a little different approach (e.g. Multiple Response questions).

You report will be in a text display question type. And you just put the expression manager code into the question text field. Give it a try with a simple example and you will see how it works.
You can even format everything with HTML, e.g. in a table where on one side you have the question and on the other the response.
I am not aware of a video tutorial, but I think it is quite simple, once you get the hang.
