Logo removal was created by mohad
Hi All,

how to remove all the logos of limesurvey ?

This includes literally from everywhere..Front end back end,while taking a survey etc etc

Front end - www.limesurvey.org/manual/The_template_editor

Back end - Create and modify a new Administration template
  • Copy and rename one of the directories in /styles
  • Modify as necessary
  • Select that new template in Global settings --> General --> Administration template

Add this to adminstyle.css in your new admin template:

.footer div {
  display: none;
}


And where are the HTML files placed for these pages?

In /application/views/admin/super/footer.php. But note that any changes made there will be over-written when updating - there are no template HTML files for admin.

Use a tool like Firebug for Firefox to explore the HTML and related styles.

Don't mess with the HTML files in the administration (there are actually no hmtl files, it is all php), it will just cause you trouble.

Hide the symbols via CSS in your new admin style.

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I want to edit few text as well...I'm not gonna change any code..I'll just modify or edit the text.....So can you please tell me how to find the source files

You will need to search for them yourself in the source code, because I don't know where to find them. AND: Text usually is not hard coded. You should adapt the translation file for this.
