Is it possible to use LimeSurvey on a lokal Computer? I would like to do my therapy-documentation with it. Security is very important, so I don't want to use the www.

Yes, this is possible. You need to install Limesurvey on a local webserver (Apache, PHP, MySQL). I would recommend XAMPP (Apachefriends) or WAMP.

There is actually an installation file for download:
www.limesurvey.org/en/stable-release
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
