Hi guys. Please let me know if this is possible.

I want a question that states "have you used the internet recently?" (its question no. 12) and ofcource, a yes no option. Upon Yes, I want the next questions to stay, upon No, I want the questions from 13 - 17 to disappear so people can answer from 18 onwards.
