I'd like my participants to know the correct answer once they answer any question and before moving to the next question, I want this for arrays and other choice questions please.

A way could be : Not showing the next question until participant has chosen the "correct answer" of the previous one.

You can do this with Expression Manager, take a look at LimeSurvey Manual .
