Is it possible to add a field to the subject line of the confirmation email template? I don't think it's possible with 1.91 (an old version I've used on one site) but is it possible with the newest version of LimeSurvey? I'm trying to add the survey participant's name to the subject line like this:
Detailed admin notification subject: {SURVEYNAME} {FIELDNAME}

Sorry, I'd like to modify the Detailed admin notification. I would like to pull the participant's name from a question. I did experiment, adding the database field # for that question in the subject line surrounded by brackets {} but it didn't work. Any help would be most appreciated!

You need to use the question code in the curly braces, not the question ID. Please refer to the manual - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Expression_Man...#Access_to_Variables

Thanks, Tony. I'm assuming I'll need to use a more recent version as it doesn't appear to work in vs 1.91.

I don't have 1.91 installed, but I think I would try {INSERTANS:SGQA}, so {INSERTANS:123456X1234X123X1} for instance.
