Problem with CSV file import "valid from" and "valid until"

Problem with CSV file import "valid from" and "valid until" was created by vnoelte
Hi,

We are launching a survey to over 8000 people. When importing the CSV file with participant information, the "valid from" and valid until" fields do not get populated in Lime Survey eventhough the information is included in the CSV.

The first name, last name, email, and uses left info gets populated, but never the "valid from" and valid until".

We absolutely need this data to send the surveys...

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you upgraded to the latest LimeSurvey version?

If so please file a bug report and...
  1. Give as much information as possible.
  2. Provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the problem.
  3. Provide screenshots and/or a sample survey.
  4. Post the link to the bug here so we can follow the progress.

How many different post have you made for the same problem? This should be answered in one of the 2-3 other posts already.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
