I would like to create a survey which is totally open, but neither for bots, nor multiples votes by the same person.

Is it possible with limesurvey to provide a subscription page to users, and to send an invitation token by mail just after the subscription?

At the survey settings you can enable setting a cookie to prevent duplicate participation. But note that this isn't safe, cookies can be deleted or users can user other browser.

The safer way is using tokens and enabling public registration. That work-flow requires users to register first, then they will receive an email with their survey link and that link has to be clicked before they can start the survey.
