Hi community,

my participants should add their date of birth while they use the open register form to reach the survey.

I added the age question successfully to the register form but they just can add plain text not a date-field.

I also try to use the replace register plugin but it still not working.

Any ideas? :silly:

Why do you need that in the token table? Why not simply add the age question to the survey?

I want to make sure only adults participate before I save their email adresses (easiest way in reference to data privacy act).

Do you have an idea? Or is it too complicated? I thought the replaceRegisterPlugin might could help me.

Technically it is the same whether they enter their age within the survey at a question at the beginning or if they enter the age during registration.

Alternatively, you can add some terms of use at the beginning of the survey and ask users to accept them. This is described at "Adding 'I agree' button at the beginning of your Limesurvey survey":
