Can you post a screen shot of the question validation and question validation tip?
Please do not mark the tip red by default because the Expression Manager should mark it green once the validation is true and red as long as it is not true.

There that question fixed it! I was putting the wording in the sub-question validation tip! Now I removed teh red and it is green unless they put numbers in twice, then turns purple and moves to middle of screen like it should. Thank you for your help this has fixed my problem!!
