Is there a way to make this scenario?
1. When a participant click Opt-Out it also makes the participant blacklisted in CPDB as well as Opt-Out in survey.
2. When transfer participants from CPDB to an survey it only transfers participants that is not blacklisted.
This need to be developed. You can make a feature request. I think best is to have an event for plugin.
