As a (older) newbee I am amazed about the possibilities of Limesurvey

Making my first survey I have two questions at this moment:
1. How can I change the standard text messages as e.g.:
“Dubbelklik of klik-en-sleep items van de linkerlijst naar de rechterlijst. Zet in de rechterlijst de items op volgorde van belangrijkheid. Zet het voor u belangrijkste item bovenaan. Kies 3 antwoorden.”
What I found out is that the messages are included in templates on the server. So maybe it is impossible to change this sort of text

2. How can I copy questions and conditions (eventually in CSV format). I have to make some 50 more or less similar questions.

I am using Lime service and not so much experienced with HTML and CSS, although I builded my own website

ad 1: I do'nt know whether what I do is a "dirty trick", but I change the language file for this. For instance: I changed in the (dutch) language file the translation of "survey" into "vragenlijst". Of course now this is changed for each survey. The (dutch) language file is in something like /var/www/limesurvey/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGE
ad 2: select an existing question, use "copy current question" (see picture). Conditions are copied with the question. You do'n need to export it as csv. You could export and import it, but then you have to change the code.

I do'nt know limeservice, but you have to be authorised to edit all or a particular template.

I found some specific info in the manual: "Translating_LimeSurvey"

The specific Limeservice part is answered by Carsten at the support desk.
So step by step I come at my own survey.
