I need to determine if LimeSurvey is a reasonable platform for our small firm to use for personnel assessments by different companies. We need to provide individual one time access codes for individuals nested within companies. There will be multipe companies. So each company may have 30-100 individuals taking the assessment and will need to have the scoring automatically sent to them after the assessment. It is a pay platform and companies will buy subscriptions to the assessment.

My questions are - how do I find a developer to create this? Any recommnedations?
Once created is this something that can be maintained or updated by non-IT persons or am I fooling myself?
If this is not a good platform, the only 'stock' platforms I have found are those sites set up for online students testing - is anyone familiar with those?
