I want to add not applicable option along with the slider question (Multiple numerical input). Can someone suggest how can I do so.

This isn't possible. A slider always stores a numeric value only and has no checkbox.

Just tell your users to not move the slider if they don't want to answer.

Or add a preceding "Not applicable" radio question and show/hide the slider depending on that answer.
