Hello,

I have the mock survey live at demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=survey/index/sid/755819/lang/en

When u end up in the "Not Eligible Page" ... which can be reached by "NOT" selecting Facebook as an option in the screening page.

I have written the Javascript to hide previous and Submit button in the "Not Eligible" page. But they are not working like before for Some reasons.

Can anyone help me with this issue.

The Code which I have written to hide the buttons are something like :

    $("#clearall").hide();

I don't see the script anywhere in the source code of that page. Where did you insert it?

In this survey, in the "Not Eligible" question group, The script can be seen if you click on Source.

I am not sure why but the script from the group description is not embedded at the page's HTML.

Try pasting it into the question directly.
