How can set "Skip / Jump to other question"

How can set "Skip / Jump to other question" was created by edwardk
Dear All,

I have 18 questions , 7 question Groups

e.g. If User Click Group2 -> Q3 = Yes , then jump to Group7 -> Q18
(User not need click Group3 to Group6 Question)
