sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, but none of the other sections seemed to fit this.

I've just closed a survey, that had the upload files question, and had 800 completed responses.

When I show all completed, mark all the responses, and click the download all marked, it takes me back to the response screen and doesn't download.

If I leave it on the default 50, then it downloads the 50 responses, but once I start to increase the number, or try to start on response 51, it doesn't like it.

is this a bug, or is there a better way of doing this?

You can download all response in export menu.
