I have a multiple response question with an other code appended (with text box). However I want one other answer choice to have a textbox (but only one of them).

Is there a way that I can assign a text box to an individual subquestion?

For instance:
Q1 Question text
a answer 1
b answer 2
c answer 3
d answer 4 (specify) [text box] << how do I do this?
e other (specify) [text box]
f Don't know

I tried this but it didn't work:

The easiest option (out of the box and without coding) would be to have a additional open ended question, opening up when answer "d" is marked (you can do this with conditions or with EM).
