give it a function to show a list of all public surveys?

Not for the admin oder user, but vor the public user.
So i can link this, to show all the surveys for the public users.

Or must i build this, with setting manuel links.

There is a setting for "List survey publicly" - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Survey_setting...n_.26_access_control

This will display a link to the survey in the root page of your installation.

You can go to www.youdomaine.com/limesurvey/ to see which survey is public.
