I'm sure this is really really easy, but I must be missing.

I'm trying to create a form, but I would like two list (Dropdowns) to appear side by side for one question.

When I select the list (dropdown) option, it only creates one dropdown. Ideally I need two as one question, as it is a two part question that goes together.

Or, is there a way to do it as two questions, but move them so they are side by side, rather than underneath each other.

to give you an idea of what I am after, I have attached a photo of what I am trying to achieve.

Hi,
You should:
1) Use an "Array dual scale" question type
2) In the advanced settings of the question set the display => "use dropdown boxes"
