Change content of email for new user

Change content of email for new user was created by capeinfo
I looked at this topic - www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/can-i-do-thi...n-for-new-user#84357 - but admin/usercontrol.php doesn't seem to exist any more.

I want to change "this is an automated email to notify that a user has been created for you on the site"... etc.

Could someone let me know where to do this?

But it would be safer to modify the translation instead - www.limesurvey.org/manual/How_to_transla...existing_translation
