I am completely new to LimeSurvey but am impressed by the possibilities offered.
We intend to setup an international survey for our new research project.
We would like to use LimeSurvey this way:

1. Administrator gives every participant a login
2. Participants complete the survey with basic questions
3. Administrator completes the survey with extra data which is only available after blood analysis and a physical examination, eg hematocrit, BMI, IQ, neuropsychological testing, ...

1 and 2 are obviously core in LimeSurvey, but is there a method to have some hidden questions in one page to enter this data which is only visible to administrators?

1. You can use tokens to do that www.limesurvey.org/manual/Tokens

3. Can can add a question with some extra options. You have to click "Show advanced settings" and "Show advanced settings". Only admins can fill those fields.

For #3, I would put in a question for "Admin Password". Then you could use conditions or relevance based on that question to hide/show the admin questions.
